The Top 2 Face Off in Tennesee on Saturday
This Saturday number 1 Memphis will take on number 2 Tennessee. Although I would like to say this will be the most intense game Memphis will have since the beginning of conference play, that would be incorrect. Memphis is beginning to show weakness in games as of late, especially with the near loss to UAB this weekend.
This game should be exciting, and will be the 9th and last time Memphis will be aired on either ESPN or ESPN2 until the tournament. This is surprising because they have been the number 1 team but haven’t been broadcast. This is probably due to the weak conference they are in. I’ll have a prediction for the game later this week. My Mom, who likes to call and remind me every week that HER Memphis Tigers are number 1 may be silenced after this game but we will see. Right now I’m to unsure to make my selection, Tennesee has been playing great and Memphis seems to be slowing down, but they also seem to find a way to win every week. Either way I will have something entertaining to watch Saturday while drinking my beer.

Memphis played a tough non-conference schedule, and many of those were shown on ESPN/ESPN2, this being only the most recent.

My mistake, I do recall seeing some of their non-conference games, but they haven’t had a conference game broadcast to my knowledge.

Do your homework “hillbilly” and you’ll find Memphis has been on Regional or National TV including ESPN 16 times this season. That’s a helluva more than UT>

That’s funny, Looking at this year’s schedule I counted 9 games total on either ESPN or ESPN 2. ESPNU doesn’t count since it’s a paid channel. Maybe if you did some real research instead of throwing insults you wouldn’t look like a douche bag, douche bag.

That’s the team schedule, click on each game to see where it was or will be broadcast. Again, ESPNU doesn’t count as ESPN or ESPN2. Better luck next time.
